Welcome Doppelgänger Inc. to ALBERO!

Doppelgänger Inc. is now in ALBERO! A big welcome to designers Frankie and Syler! It is still summer at Doppelgänger, which is like a holiday after the onset of autumn in RL and SL. Shorts, tees, breezy dresses, bikinis… a visit to Doppelgänger is like going to a great beach party.

First up, cute Junebug dresses. These come in a variety of plaids and ginghams — there is a special bonus monochrome gingham in the fatpack! I’m wearing the Nantucket Madras, the Blueberry Gingham and the Bar Harbor Madras. And I’ve modded one into a babydoll top — it’s always fun to play with options!

The Madras Girl Shorts are adorable and come in three styles of madras plaid. There are longer male versions for sale as well, and prim cuffs if you’d like to make longer female versions too. I like mine short and sweet, and I loved pairing these with both preppy accessories and more unexpected tees. Halloween is still in my system so there’s a bit of blood and a bandaid on my nose. I really liked the scruffy tomboy look I ended up with — I look like I’ve been hellraising at a clambake! So much fun.

Finally, Doppelgänger’s Boardwalk Bikinis come in dots, stripes or plaid versions and have optional boob and butt ruffles which are really, really cute. Buy the fatpack of all three styles and you get a special bonus Rainbow Bikini which absolutely nails the preppy 80s rainbow that I loved so much as a kid.
