Finally the Love me or Not Headpiace: an adorable flower headpiece that will add a touch of glamour to your look! Hey all!

Don`t get too comfortable in the quiet at ALBERO at the moment. It won`t last too long.  Lots of exciting goings on in the next couple of months including the ALBERO Plant & Garden Festival later this month!

Til then, there is still lots of new stuff around and about.  Like these cutesy marine theme border print skirts from MIU.  If you didn`t manage to snatch these up at the Autumn Fair, fear not as they are still out at MIU and still at the delightful price of just L$60 each.

These Sweet Flower dresses from C`est la Vie were also released for the fair.  You can find them in store now.  Girly floral prints and frills, leggings included. Four designs to choose from.  One colour L$130.

Welcome Doppelgänger Inc. to ALBERO!

Doppelgänger Inc. is now in ALBERO! A big welcome to designers Frankie and Syler! It is still summer at Doppelgänger, which is like a holiday after the onset of autumn in RL and SL. Shorts, tees, breezy dresses, bikinis… a visit to Doppelgänger is like going to a great beach party.

First up, cute Junebug dresses. These come in a variety of plaids and ginghams — there is a special bonus monochrome gingham in the fatpack! I’m wearing the Nantucket Madras, the Blueberry Gingham and the Bar Harbor Madras. And I’ve modded one into a babydoll top — it’s always fun to play with options!

The Madras Girl Shorts are adorable and come in three styles of madras plaid. There are longer male versions for sale as well, and prim cuffs if you’d like to make longer female versions too. I like mine short and sweet, and I loved pairing these with both preppy accessories and more unexpected tees. Halloween is still in my system so there’s a bit of blood and a bandaid on my nose. I really liked the scruffy tomboy look I ended up with — I look like I’ve been hellraising at a clambake! So much fun.

Finally, Doppelgänger’s Boardwalk Bikinis come in dots, stripes or plaid versions and have optional boob and butt ruffles which are really, really cute. Buy the fatpack of all three styles and you get a special bonus Rainbow Bikini which absolutely nails the preppy 80s rainbow that I loved so much as a kid. These are fun, flexible staple bathing suits and really quite a steal — snap them up!

!Ohmai @ Albero!

Aoife Marville here, your new Albero blogger ^ ^!

On my very first post I’m happy to introduce one of the newest shops @  Albero: !Ohmai, a must see for lovers of cutesy and colour! You’ll find gorgeous blouses, tees and cardigans to fall in love with!

So let’s start with the Basics Pocket Cardigan: I’m wearing it in teal, but it comes in four fabulous colour packs [200L each]: the modernyouth pack, the freshbright pack, the baby powder pack and finally the royalhighness pack… So lots of options to choose from hope you’re not as indecisive as I am or, well, you can always buy them all!

What follows is one of my favourites so you must go and check it out: the lovely Catherine Blouse <3 [100L]! I’m displaying a shade of lime (LOVELYLIMEADE) but, again, it’s available in 7 bright and elegant colours (sunnyseas, gauchegrey, sassysketch, nilenudist, marinemuse, coffeecompany) pick the one(s) you like the most! Have fun creating lots of original stylish outfits, this blouse will look perfect on every occasion!

Last but not least, two creations I decided to match together: the Tomomo Loose Vest (here showing: DARKDEPTHS, available in wildwine, gauchegrey and naivenightingal, 150 L each)  and the Gale Underlayer (here showing: TOASTSALMON, available in sassysketch, halloweencandy, royalblood, bluepistachio, orangeeggplant, nudeskies, 50L each). I love how they look together but you can mix and match them as you please!

The Tomomo Vest is very casual and a bit grungy looking, plus it’s flexi so it follows the movements of your avi very naturally! What’s cool about the Gale Underlayer is that it comes with lots of layering opportunities! Stitch By Stitch at the Albero Autmn Fair

There is a lot of new stuff over at Stitch by Stitch In ALBERO.  The Autumn Fair is now going and Sev used this as a perfect opportunity to bring out her new Autumn goodies!

This is the recently released Donna silk blouses and the  Deidra skirts. Great texture for the season and so many color mix and match possibilities I can see, I am posting my picture of matching colors (teal) and also Sev’s to show all the colors and some mixed up sets to see. Also the Elizabeth sweaters below can be worn over the blouse for added layer look and color opportunities.

Also released are these adorable owl outfits, the sweater is the Elizabeth sweater shown in brass in my photo below, and matched up with the Owly skirt in maroon. It comes in 6 colors which are also shown below as well as the omg so cute owly socks!

Ok and before I even got this one out Sev released Monica! take a look at this awesome outfit. Pencil style skirt with a blazer in the perfect fabric texture again for the season. I need to go get Monica today myself!

Final Gatcha and D-Lab Monkeys!

The Cioccolata Gatcha Gatcha Festival also ends tonight! To wind things up, I’m showcasing the marvelous things D-Lab has had in the machines, and also a new release in the D-Lab store proper! You still have a few hours to rush over to Cioccolata and grab these adorable gatcha finds, so… read then run!

In the first machine: monsters! There are six total (fellow blogger Mako already showcased these), but this little pumpkin head monster was my favorite and I couldn’t do a post without including him! Isn’t he adorable?

In the second machine: animal flying saucers! These really are just insanely cute and cool — it was a lot of fun to see people delighting in these throughout the Gatcha Festival. The main lineup of D-Lab animals is there: hamster, sheep, cat, pig, and more!

In the third machine: animal airplanes! The details on all Dazai Voom’s D-Lab creations are so wonderful — simple but bursting with personality! Just look at these little flying aces!

And big news! D-Lab has a new monkey release! Take home a charmingly goofy monkey to sit beside you for company, or wear your new friend on your head. There is even a flying monkey — like other D-Lab animals, the flying version comes with poop options. Watch your head!

Finally, after playing with all these animals, you’re bound to need a bit of cleanup — head to the Mocha gatcha and grab their Bath & Bodycare Gatcha prizes.

Autumn Fair Ends Today!

Just a reminder that tonight is the last night for the ALBERO Autumn Fair! I wish I’d had more time at this fair, it really was beautiful in ALBERO with the trees tinted in autumn colors and there was some wonderful stuff on the tables. I’ll show you some of my favorite finds here at the eleventh hour — there is still a little time to run over and grab something you missed!

First, the brown and blue Wish dress from Katat0nik. I love this simple dress in earthy fairytale colors — this just says storybook to me! The fun striped stockings come with the dress or are sold separately beside the table.

Next up, Mocha’s Autumnal Twilight dress — a turtleneck and jumper that is perfect for fall. It comes in three dark shades and you can wear the pieces separately so really you’re getting two items in one. And, in true Mocha form, this dress is incredibly affordable — the entire fatpack is just 100L. If you’ve got a little time left tonight, be sure to hit Mocha’s Autumn Fair table.

Mocha also has these adorable Pumpkin Waltz dresses out for just 30L each! If you follow the map to their cute Halloween Park, you’ll find the orange version for just 1L. These dresses look splendid on higher graphics settings — they have a soft, starry glow that is just beautiful. Don’t miss Mocha — unlike some designers, when they say an item is available for a limited time, they mean it!

Finally, my third absolute favorite Autumn Fair stop is Kunstkammer. What beautiful things! Designer Nuala Shippe has outdone herself with special Autumn Fair versions of her Dreamscaping landscaping goodies — grass and two kinds of trees in a special “Autumn Fire” color. Her tables also include some great jewelry — I’m wearing her necklace and ring in the photo below.

Amazingly, all the Kunstkammer items are just 50L — that’s including the trees! Run, run, run to Kunstkammer and stock up on these gorgeous finds while you can.

Last Chance for Gatcha!

Mako here, getting in with a big last minute post to showcase the final round of my Gatcha Gatcha Fair finds. The fair runs through the 31st, so get over there while you can and hit those machines up for lots of fun stuff!

Isruel has an awesome old-school Nintendo-style video game HUD for 20L in their machine. Click the HUD to rez the brick box, then jump to knock the bricks… just like Mario.

Outside the Tresor Kowloon store, you’ll find a gatcha machine that dispenses a variety of mouth grenades for just 10L. The sign cautions: “Don’t Eat the ATRocket”… The same sign also says: Explode OK!

Meriken Co. has a gatcha machine full of sweaters — these are some of the few wearables for men at the Gatcha Fair, so I wanted to give them a shoutout. 55L gatcha play gets you a sweater in both male and female versions, and there are several styles available.

Cache-Cache was hands down my favorite gatcha for Halloween themed items. There are 14 items total in this gatcha, and it’s not too late to get over there if you need a toy or costume for a Halloween event. Here’s there gatcha ad, you can see the variety of items available (ghost avatars, flying brooms, wands, witch wearables and more). All for just 30L per play.

The Cache-Cache closets can be used year round and come with poses built in. They’re low-prim and come in several colors, and are a nice find.

The Cache-Cache Witch Broom is amazing. It spouts stars and sparkles and looks fantastic. And the lovely Rach is sitting on her broom wearing the Cache-Cache Witch Dress. All these items are in the Cache-Cache gatcha for 30L each.

A gatcha stop that deserves another mention is Split Pea. I showcased the funky handdrawn space glasses in my last post. Here’s a look at more items in the machine, from wearable wheat to flower pots to cowboy hats. These items are all just 10L.

Random Kitten added another gatcha machine at some point along the way (there are three total, and I’ve showcased each one — the ridable moons and the garbage carts are in the other two machines). Now, for just 20L per play, you can snag yourself some excellent crazy cocktails. My favorite is the Purple Haze. It literally knocks you out, so consume with caution.

Remember, the Gatcha Gatcha Fair ends October 31st, so get over here while you can!

Fairy Tail, Tomoto, Down Down Down

Here is a quick look at two of the more glamourous Gatcha items at Gatcha Fest `09.

From Fairy Tail, this beautifully and luciously textured Silk Lace Scarf.  Picured below is the cream, but this comes in seven colors total including one rare colour.  These are copy, no tansfer.  30L a play.

For 10L at the tomoto Gatcha you will recieve either one of seven corsages or one of four rarer Cham de Fleur necklaces, like the ones below.  At 10L this is a steal! and one of my favourite Gatchas so far.

Last but no least, just a little fun treat for your mouth and because looking at these makes me just a little hungry for candy,  Down Down Down`s Halloween Sweet`s gatcha.   I *do* hope that Tuki makes a Christmas version.  They`ll look just as delicious, I`m sure.

Warm fuzzy Gatchas

It’s gosh darn cold in Tokyo today! If looking at the bare appendages of your avatar is making you even colder like it is me, then there are lots of warm woolly goodies in the gatcha to cover up with

Like anuenue’s adorable muffler and arm warmers. Warm and cuddly, these come in loads of great colours. My favourite by far is the ’secret’ colour. A warm latte coloured muffler, this rare colour comes with two different style mufflers and the matching arm warmers include both floral embellishment and plain versions! So these are the ones to keep trying for.

 There are four machines, two muffler ones and two arm warmer gacha machines so the odds of getting the colour you want aren`t all that bad :D. One play is 30L.
